There IS a RO character in japanese but there is no LO character in japanese which IS VERY STRANGE why they changed it to LO.

just a quick note Zolo yes Zolo's name was never changed it is in Japan also Zolo it is quite simply that japanese people pronounce L sounds as more of an R sound as there arent any R's in the japanes ...
