I just watched Millennium Actress on DVD and for some reason nearly every sound effect (eg. peoples feet walking on snow) sounds really glitchy and echoey! Anyone else have this problemo?

There was a similar complaint with the Ninja Scroll series (NOT the movie) and I think that the problem was the sound system on the actual TV used in the end. I have the same problem on my RuroKen DVD's, I can think of one particular moment in the first episode that the character speaking from 'behind' the two on 'camera' was very faint and sounded much like an echo, however this plays just fine on my personal (read: portable) DVD player and our better (more expensive) tv.

EDIT: Laughing Actually, TzeroM, it was your Ninja Scroll topic!!
