unfortunate until you hit 21 I very much doubt you will a big pay increase on you supplement application as the tend less than the average wage which the wage model is about 20+ years out of date as it goes by the cpi which is always out of touch on general living costs for your age...

@foxy
Most uni students arn't like you and don't get everything for half wholesale price.

minimum age for centrelink to pay you is
1: 16 you can claim youth allowance
2: leave home and be over age of 13

unfortunatly I don't get anywhere near enough because i'm yet to get into a job that has earnt me $18,000 within 18 months. (I've never worked for a whole 18 months).

Aww well hasnt uni taught you anything about networking??? plus always being nice to people gets you alot of things Laughing
and of course most uni students arent like me....it would be no fun if they were like me now would it?

Hey ops its nice to see your old user name again....i think it suits you better Smile

@Alex
well centrelink isnt fun.....most are on it because we are very poor...If you dont need dont be on it...they barely give you enough money to live.

just an oldie, regardless what age you under the age of 21 they usually set your pay to half or 2 thirds of a regular pay wage if you happen to be working fulltime or the consumer price index regardless the government subsidy you're on...

when i was 18 the average wage for an 18 year old was about $250-$350, not sure what the pay rate is now for a student...

AH! I didn't loose it, it was put in the sinbin for talking about the black arts which is a nono on this forum this why the other was created, this nick came about because of my gaming style..

so how was your weekend

Wow, I just realized you signed up in 2001. And your post count is under 2000
0_o I wonder how long those with 15000+ post counts have been here...

I only reply when I want to reply, no more no less, as for the 1's with 15,000+ post's i'd say a lot crap was being said just boost up post counts cut down half to 3 3rd's of the booster post's then you would likely get their true post count per their subscription to this forum which likely to be under the 5,000 post mark...

once you post once or 3 times a day it doesn't take long for the post counts to add up..

just because one poster who's been on here since 2001 has over 15k posts doesnt necessarily mean they post crap, FWIW it depends on what actually they post on that interests them and whatnot. just because you may have only 1500 posts and been here since 2001 is no real reflection on what others may post.

But as you said it depends how many times a day you post.

Speedy I was giving a general definition what does happen on most forums, this 1 is no different, while it has changed a lot over the years some things stay the same...

Look at your own post count as example, how much of your response count relates to any given topic, then how much of it is BS just for the sake of replying with endless BS without really saying anything, this is where I was coming from...

I'm sorry if you took offense from the example I gave, as it wasn't intended to be an insult, having traveled through many web boards in the last 12-13 years I see this happen all to often, where people post for the sake posting to boost their ego's so they have the highest post count...

While some people genuinely post legit questions or post statement on what they like, there are a percentage of post's that just turn into flame wars with no real discussion being contributed or being said..

My last statement was more or less directed at Alex's last comment about other forum members posting counts for the length of time they had been members...

On average 1-3 times a day or 1-3 times a week depending if I'm replying a topic somebody has created or a topic I have started or joining in on a conversation giving my 2 cents..

At present I frequent 4-5 anime forums, 3-5 tech forums ( relating to pc hardware and pc mods, console hardware and various mods) 2 gaming forums...

FIXED

There is only 1 that I know of in WA, no chance of me telling you, besides they won't hire someone thats not 18+, and all the staff are asian anyway. can I add that your pretty sick to come up with that idea.

@foxy
yes I do need to go back next semester, but these last 2 weeks have been stressing me out with going to uni 8:00-5:00 every day, except saturdays. i really needed the break.
as to what sort of job, it doesn't really matter as long as its easy to get to, me not having my license and all (should really try to get that).

It doesn't apply to you since you already have L2's. For me to book in I need to wait till november at the earliest. Or I could do the test out in the country and get the test the day I book for it..

I just have to finish my log book (10hrs left) and do the hazard test so i'm hoping it doesnt apply to me

it only applies if you pass your driving test after the 1st of july.

so creepy you dont have to wait 6 months after you get your Ls to take your driving test (you could do it the same day you get you Ls), you will have to have your Ls on for 6 months after you pass the diving test and still have to do the 25 hrs driving. Unless you do it this week.
