Oh, they want it. They just want you to pay full price, is all. Razz

Do you have a Spam folder? Maybe it went there by accident. I often find stuff that isn't actually spam in mine.

A friend of mine didn't get an email from Santa either - so it looks like some people missed out even if they spent more than some people who did get emails. Bug in the system, maybe?

You have two accounts of which the email was apparently sent to at least one of them.

Check your junk mail filter / junk folder.

If you haven't then email order@madman.com.au

In my first year, I believe I spent close to $6000. That being said, I had my entire income as disposable, and what I didn't spend on anime, I spent on games. I think I bought a computer that year too...

EDIT: Although this year, I think I've spent a grand total of $600 on DVDs. The mitigating factor being that I also bought a motorbike and moved out of my parents' place.

Thanks for that Sly. But I already checked all this. I have already emailed MadMan, and they have already sent me out a "replacement" code. Problem is, its just a code and how to use it. It does not tell me what the code will do. Ie, What percentage, Free gift, etc.

Just for Accuracy, I am reasonably sure I only have one account? You may be confusing my Dad's account with mine?

Either way.. all I need now is to find out exactly which Offer my Code will activate and MadMan will be seeing more of my money!! Very Happy

The spam filter on my hotmail address (which, I assume, is what you use as well) threw out my Animania Melbourne tickets last year. Not happy. It deletes them after about 5 days, so if you're only just reaching that assumption at the moment, chances are that they're already long gone.

Same, only with Thunderbird. Nothing gets Baleeted unless I say so. In fact, I do not even use the Spam Folder, I just have incomming mail tbird thinks is spam automatically marked as Read, with the "flame" icon next to it. So I did not even have to change folders to see that I never received the email. The reason I do it this was is specifically so when situations like this come up, I can NOT miss the email. MadMad says they sent it. I believe them. Seems there was a few gremlins along the line somewhere that was neither MadMan nor my fault. This may be the same issue for you, Shinj.
