Thanks for that. At least it would be easier to have the email towards the top of the new page of this thread. _________________ 私はクロノスの雪代縁13番です |

Is there any reason as to why they're not screening the R2 series? I was really hoping it was going to start airing this month, damn them! _________________ I have too much anime, yet it's not enough. |

Sly commented on it a while back, Madman offered it to them but the ABC said no which is a bit of a weird decision I think, especially considering the end of season one. That's why Madman are showing it on the Screening Room with each episode only being available for two weeks. It's the same period of time that it would have been viewable via that ABC iView thing.
I don't know the specific reason why the ABC said no, a couple of people have said they were going to email them to find out so will be interesting to see if they get a response and what it is. If you want to email them yourself the address is above in my last post. |

I sent it this morning but I haven't gotten a reply yet. It goes something like this that I on behalf of many fans of the show Code Geass was just wondering why the decision was rejected to show the second season of this show R2. I willl post the actual one eventually. _________________ 私はクロノスの雪代縁13番です |

don't have Movie Extra
Foxtel needs an anime channel, they have a scifi one and that's pretty niche isn't it? |

There is no Anime on Sci-Fi, there used to be. America has the Funimation channel which has Anime 24/7. _________________ 私はクロノスの雪代縁13番です |

Bloody US, why do they always have to have the good stuff? So much more anime, and even their own channel for it. Come on OZ PayTV, I know there's interest in anime here; so why'd they scrap it?
I thought it was bad enough when Cartoon Network got rid of Adult Swim, I use to love watching anime on Foxtel.
If you rounded up all the anime supporters that attend the conventions all around Australia; I wonder how many people you'd get? _________________ I have too much anime, yet it's not enough. |

I wonder how many could afford or would want PayTV after all the DVD's/manga they buy |

Good point. Though if PayTV had more channels that interested me, one of those being full time ANIME, I might consider it. |

The Death Note series will be repeated, at 11:25 PM every Monday on the ABC2, starting on Monday 7th December 2009.
I wonder if the aspect ratio issues will happen again, or if better masters are been used this time. |

ABC is finally putting more Anime on after Afro Samurai finished. I wonder what Anime would take it's spot. Death Note would take Ergo Proxy's spot. _________________ 私はクロノスの雪代縁13番です |
