That's.. really bad English. Like, totally bad.
That in itself may very well be a clue!

Actually its not that bad. Take out the "to" and its fine. Makes no sense, of course. I key can't hold anything. It could however unlock a container of some sort, and that could hold the mentioned secret.

Gah! I am terrible at riddles. I dont care anymore. Can I have my 5 minutes back please? *sulks*

Clannad, Kanon and Air are all series based from Key visual novels I think. You'd probably get a better explanation if you google or look it up on Wiki than what I know.

@Sly, are you going to give us more clues?

Madman blog entry:

Kyoto + Key + Breath = Kyoto Animation, Key/Visual Arts, Air

Hmm, on the Key/Visual Arts side: Simulcast of Angel Beats Maybe? (new Key/VA project). Or release of Air/Clannad/Kanon.

on the Kyoto Animation Side of things: something todo with The Disapperance of Haruhi?

This is obviously very wishful thinking, but if Madman were to suddenly announce a Blu-Ray release for Clannad they'd save me about $400. Razz

If they simulcasted Angel Beats it would be fantastic news as well.

It's probably a bit early to expect an announcement regarding this yet, considering it only hit theatres in Japan 2 weeks ago... But it would be nice. Razz

It's an Armenian musical instument. Other than that, Wikipedia doesn't list any other musical articles about "kanon". "Canon" can mean "body of work," and it can apply to a musician's work. Is that the meaning you were thinking of?

EDIT - didn't read the disabiguation page fully. "Kanon" is "a type of hymn, consisting of nine odes, sung at the service of Matins in the Orthodox church."

Given the Blog title is "dig", I think that's the clue.

The first thing I thought of when I saw "Classical Music" was Kanon. Kanon(Or Canon as it's usually known) is actually a musical piece composed by Johann Pachelbel (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Af372EQLck)which repeats the same melody over and over adding new instruments as it goes. It is referenced in a few episodes of the anime Kanon and can be heard playing in the diner where Yuichi goes.
In one way or another every clue can be attributed to Kanon or Air so far, but of course there's no way of knowing for sure.

it would make sense that they get Air and Kanon, they are highly requested and Clannad is currently sub only (i heared recent rumors of a dub) so they likely wouldn't get that but they'd get as much "Key" titles as they could i guess

If it isn't Air and Kanon it's the biggest red herring ever.

What does "being released as complete collections" mean?

Are they not going to be released in artbox and volumes?

I'm just glad I don't have to import them now. Hooray!

*Begins to dance*

It would be nice if it was in a sexy looking boxset, but I highly doubt that now.
