He quoted your message and wrote 'stuff' himself because none of it was relevant. He meant 'when typing, you don't need to manually press enter to reach a new line. You only really need it to start new paragraphs. Doing what you are currently
doing. Posting like this you see
is actually quite ugly and annoying
and you don't really need to do it at

Actually they sell a mixture of bootlegs and legit stuff. There's even camrip DVDs if you look.

Most of their anime DVDs are bootleg, however many of their movies, music DVDs and CDs are not. On the other hand, some are, so be wary when buying from them.

(Or do as I do and don't buy from them at all.)

Sounds good, I'm gonna check it out next time I'm in the city. Do they just sell popular J-Pop stuff or can you find J-Rock too?

I checked out the new shop on Bourke St the other day.

- Some of the J-Pop CD's are legit. The Ayumi Hamasaki - Secret albums were all legit, but there were a few fake albums, such as the (miss)understood albums, a few of the singles too. The duty album looks legit though. They also had some other artists ones where they looked real.
- Unfortunently most of the music DVDs are pirates. 3/4 of the Ayu ones were fake, with photocopied covers or region 0 encodes. Although, I was looking at the Nana movie and it looked real, you can't tell whether some are photocopied or not. Pirated copies are getting better.

Awesome, as I got bootleg copy of the cowboy bebop OSTís and I really want originals and before I spend 350 bucks on getting the OSTís off Amazon I want to know that they are the real deal.

Now that it doesn't have that much overseas versions of Jrock/pop, i would like to know how to get to CW, because people where mentioning that they sell overseas versions

Golden Dragon arcade- inbetween George st and Market city

This mini-arcade has several shops of interest... a Hobbyworld shop (with models and such), and a downstairs shop (let's call it the racist shop) and the upstairs shop (let's call it the awesome shop). The racist shop has bootleg anime and hk movies, but legit cpop, kpop and jpop. They were totally racist at me when I bought an Ayumi poster there once (the joys of having friends who know Cantonese I guess). The girl who hands out flyers out front always ignores aussies and only gives them to asians, because obviously if I've just walked out of your store I'm not interested in asian music at all Rolling Eyes

I'm not surprised- I found out working in retail in Chinatown a long time ago that it's the Asian racist capital of Australia, and not just the shop owners but the people in general!

Incidentally, is the link for cdjapan just www.cdjapan.com ?

Received The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya ED by Minori Chihara:

Yasashī Bōkyaku - Friendly Oblivion, and unlike the CD Japan description it contains multiple versions of the song including without accompaniment like the actual movie ending.

Also, Chiaki Ishikawa - Gyakko (Sengoku Basara 3 ED) /
Ruisen (Sengoku Basara 2 IN):

and See-Saw - Dream Field which includes "Indio" from Noir OST 2, Anna ni Issho datta no ni (あんなに一緒だったのに) - (Mobile Suit Gundam SEED ED) and apparently some tracks from .hack:

Finally in the EMS tracking system and on its way to me from play-asia.com (out-of-print at CD Japan and one reseller only shipping to Japan copy at amazon.co.jp):

Kimi wa Boku ni Niteiru ("Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny" Outro Theme)
日本語タイトル: 機動戦士ガンダムSEED エンディングテーマ「君は僕に似ている」/ See-Saw

The track I was most interested in was "静寂はヘッドフォンの中 - Seijaku wa headphone no naka de"

I got mine from cdJapan that came with a small notebook and file-slip.

It's a wonderfully album, I just wished there would have been a English version of the opening song.

Also, I don't know if it's the same release as well, but do you find it strange that the back of the cd case is the cover? The front of the cd where the cover slip would be, you find a notebook about 1/4 size of the regular slip side!!

Peace

Yes, it's the same set for Arrietty's soundtrack. With the single, did you get it from Japan as well?

Finally picked up Saturday morning at the post office, the first press bonus includes a draw for tickets to a Chiaki Ishikawa concert - very tempted to try to get along to one.

After Tower Records Takasaki, Shinjuku and Shibuya, Mandarake, Recomints and Lashinbang (plus merchandise stalls at Animelo Summer Live, Ayane and Kaori Oda) I have less in the wallet and far more to pack in baggage.

I made a bit of a nostalgia purchase here.
Bad quality photo time.

Mai-HiME Opening single
Shining Days
Minami Kuribayashi

To let it sink in this is from back in 2004...

It also contains the insert song from one of the last two episodes of the series When all the HiME are revived and work together to beat the big bad. That song and the anime's opening song left quite an impression on me so I'm glad to own this single. To be honest though it was the cover's art that pushed me to buy it Razz

Well, I have now seen Minami Kuribayashi live 3 times now, and think that her singing is as good as it's ever been.

Also from the Mai-Hime soundtrack I've seen Himeboshi and Mezame performed live by Yuki Kajiura and her singers and Front Band members.
