This would be wonderful, especially when we've only had the Fatal Fury stuff 'released' in the past by Kiseki, but I doubt we'll see Madman interested now days. Might be better to suggest this via twitter or Facebook, honestly.

Former Australian video distributor BPS Video Services who sub-licensed UK anime label Kiseki from it's owners Paradox Films back in the 1990's. Apart from releasing titles from the UK label, they also sub-licensed titles from Viz Video and Pioneer (Geneon) as well as Robotech and Star Blazers. BPS was pretty notorious for recycling old VHS taps. A fair few Kiseki titles had "bonus content" at the end like the remnants of old movies or TV series. Tapes were pretty poor all round, took back one copy of Star Blazers (the original and the replacement) due to different duplication errors.

I'd just import the Discotek/Easter Star disc.

Wasn't their sublicensing more in the sense of "hey, this title legally released in the UK look's cool, let's duplicate the retail tape with no permission"? Got to say I think the VHS of Fatal Fury: The Motion PIcture was the only one I've ever seen featuring 'sexual allusions' rather 'sexual references' on the rating.

Not too sure about that. A few of their Pioneer and Viz titles were featured in Anime FX magazine which was widely ready by industry types in the US, UK and even Japan. I think they'd be found out eventually. Plus they did get a proper rating for Fatal Fury at least. It's in the Classification database. Their Ranma tape is in the database too.

You have to invest in a region free player. There's just too much good stuff in region A that will never make it to region B (and vice versa).

Sorry to say that this is highly unlikely to happen.
We never even released the DVD so a blu-ray would be out of the question.
