Bought a new pair of motorcycle boots which costed me $290, but since they'll last 10 years I can't complain.Wink

Looks like the SOP I spent over 2 hrs typing up on my days off from work will be implemented at work.

I'm glad it wasn't a waste of effort.

Bought my Blind Guardian concert ticket and got the new rollerdoor installed for the garage. I even put the fairings on my old motorcycle and gave it a wash at the same time as my current motorcycle. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

First baby chicken for the season hatched out today Smile I only found the hen last week. Was happy to see that she had only gone broody and that a fox didn't get her. Have another 3 broody hens. 2 sitting on a nest in my gully who I knew were still around because I'd see them in the mornings and only found there nest because crows have been stealing eggs from under them. Have another broody hen, but not letting her hatch any babies. Don't want to be overrun by baby chickies.

Finally bought my new motorcycle pants which match my jacket. Costed me $270 for the RST Adventure 2 motorcycle pants, but I'm happy with them. I'm retiring my old Rjay's motorcycle pants after 16 years of service.

The only highlight this week is that my younger sister is getting married on Saturday. Haven't had much to do with my sister for the past year, but at least she's happy and will be more so after the wedding.

Amazon.com.au exists! Granted, it only sells Kindles and ebooks. Maybe they'll expand. Exisiting Amazon accounts work with it.

I remember back in 1998 there was talk of Amazon setting up an Australian branch, and the Amazon AU address was "Fobidden", like they were setting up the store. Unfortunately, nothing ever came of that...

And in 2017, they'll set up a full service, looking to undercut prices by a third.

I recently got a near new 50 inch Sony Bravia smart tv and a PS4 for nothing at work after the owner tossed them out.

I had to carry the tv from work to the train station and then home, but it was well worth it despite the stares. It works really well and the duty manager at work was offering me money for it, but I refused. I love my free tv. hahaha

As for the PS4. It works a treat and now I'm trying out some games that I bought today.

Enjoyed the Yuki Kajiura Live vol.#14 concert in NHK Hall Osaka last night.

Songs included Moonlight Melody from Princess Principal back to Eri Itoh singing Hepatica and Ring Your Song from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles.
