Yes. The quality will still be mp3 quality though. There are a few programs floating around the net - im sure a google search will turn up something.

I think dbpowerAMp Music Converter will do it. Its Free too (atleast for a month trial period), although I can't exactly remember where to find it.

I believe the program called MusicMatch Jukebox will do it for you, and its also free.

The easiest way is by using Winamp. Just set the output to "Disk Writer Plugin". Make sure you configure the "Disk Writer Plugin".
