I have a little question about this ep.

Why does it make you sad? I cried at the end, I dont know why!
Anyone have answers why it's sad? Thanks.

I find this episode very emotional as well. I think the main bit that makes it sad is the fact that Faye is getting only a tiny glimpse into a life she didn't know existed. The only link to her past is a dodgy video cassette. Man just thinking about the end to this episode makes me wanna cry Crying or Very sad .

I don't know if I cried, but I was sad thats for sure. Definently because of the video of her childhood and she was there, viewing herself younger for the first time. You're not a complete person as an adult if you don't have memories of your childhood.

The video was shot by somebody she doesn't know - herself as a child. It was a video of a sweet, innocent girl. She has no memory of this person - as Remxi said, the only link to her past was a cassette tape. To me, it represents all that she had lost and can never regain. Personally, I think this is one of the most emotional episodes of the series.

Yeah just seeing all of the bebop crew looking at faye as a child, and faye herself, was a bit sad. I dont know why really, but it is.

At one point after that episode, she watches the tape again, was this in episode 24?

Yep it's 24. She watches it for a bit and then pauses it on the fountain.

Young Faye = kawaii!!!

Apart from that, I think it was Young Faye's total innocence compared to her adult form, almost makes you wonder what might have happened to her had she not been in that accident.
