I get that as well but you can never have enough anime, you can run out of room for it.

lol

I know about little space..

I have a large room though very little storage space..

when you own over 1,000+ dvd's space does become a very big issue as you never have enough of it..

this is my current issue with room for my anime as i now have to put my box set on the floor in front of my bookselves filled with anime + figures. This is also starting to happen with my manga as well.

and watched L: change the worLd at supanova today which was a petty good ending for L.

Cloud cosplay requires a full bottle of gel mixed to 3/4 bottle of hairspray. Do you have any idea what that does to your hair!

I went on sunday to the cosplay only. The only thing that made the cosplay good was talking to the techguy on pictochat (DS).

Q&A with Q&J was pretty good, or at least their song is.

the stalls at supanova were below average. prices were mostly RRP or slightly below. The selection off good was poor. A huge lack of figurines made it a waste of time.

Basically
Supanova < Wai-Con

@Foxy I will remind you when I work out that exact date.

I allready knew that:
Supanova < Wai-Con

And I agree, There were a few expensive yet awesome Haruhi Nendoroids, but besides that, pretty much to figures at all.
Brawl was good though...

Also, I would Have found the madman stall really good If I had brought a few $100s more... So many wanted and unreleased boxedsets... Haruhi... Eureka Seven...
*gasps for air*
Done now ^_^
*goes watch Eva*

I hear that, I was hoping the guys that ran animeaddication stall at waicon '07 would be there, but apparantly not -_-. Come to think it, they seem to have disappeared. At least I managed to scrounge up a tsubasa chronicle wall scroll.

most start up's normally fold within a year.

more than likely they were done for selling bootlegged material I would say they were canned for it so organizers of Supanova probably canned their vendor reg..

waicon being the a small pup to Supanova you can understand why some small businesses may not attend the bigger event..

an interesting note: look's like shock is releasing mysteries cities of gold

i dont think there are any stores that release anime figures/dolls any more, easiest way would be to import them from some where like HLJ or Play-asia.

hehe I can't belive you actually put that model together that quickly.

Oh the boxset your talking about is probably Project A-Ko. I was considering buying that at one point. You will have to tell me if its actually worth buying.

the onely thing I hate about mm's release of project a-ko on dvd was, it was edited together to make a film length episode instead of 12-26 episode tv series..

um does that mean its worth buying or not. besides, the fact that I would probably buy the R1 version since R1 discs are cheaper right now.

Well i thought he wanted it ASAP guess i was wrong plus it does look good on my shelf amongst my girls and Ryuk doesnt seem to mind - i so want to put more shades and detail on it though i'm not happy leaving it so plane but all said and done its not mine. And the striker plane is half done also - the paint just needs to be touched up and it will be finished more than likely on Saturday (which was only 3 planes)

Project A-ko i was given the boxset for $20 so i cant complain i havent watched it yet since i've been busy building a gundam mobile suit Razz its kept me pretty busy.

creep it wouldn't matter whether you brought the r4 or r1 version as the release is the same i believe if only buying project a-ko because it may cheaper from the US would be a fallacy as by the time you changed the currency and the transportation cost on top of that it would be cheaper to buy the R4 version.. and in most cases you transport cost is per disc of weight for courier services..
