So now I've got a new iPod but I've found the selection on iTunes less than satisfying, I was wondering if their was a online store where I could buy anime music downloads.

Just a though, the card maybe from Japan but what of the presented catalogue when you got to the iStore in iTunes?

Isn't the range restricted to your region?

That's the point of a Japanese iTunes card. It acts as an account in the region it's from, so you'll be able to see Japanese stuff.
