Another year and another big Melbourne Anime Festival has gone by. As per tradition, we have a few title announcements!
1. Gunslinger Girl -Il Teatrino-
The second season of Gunslinger Girl. Coming your way as a complete collection release in 2009.
2. Negima!? (Season 2)
A reimaged version of the Negima series!
This series will be released in two half season boxsets in 2009
3. D.Gray-Man
The hit series based on the manga of the same name. This will be released as 13 episode half season sets in 2009 _________________ The road before me is lit by the bridges burning behind me

Can't wait for Dr Gray Man. I think the the half season sets are a good idea if they're slim packs. |

Sounds good to me, I hate drip-watching shows... I'll cram it all into a weekend or I'll never get around to finishing them at all. |

So all future releases from now on will just be half season/season collections now?
I mean, it's good that people get their anime faster but what about those that like the collecting side? Won't there be at least some series done this way too? _________________ I am a 100% Belldandy fan and Ah! My Goddess Obsessor! |

As for single releases - They will still go on ahead but only for select titles. |

Well that's good to know
I'm guessing it'll be more for the bigger titles i would assume being that they would have guaranteed sales for individuals _________________ I am a 100% Belldandy fan and Ah! My Goddess Obsessor! |
