Do you have a strange habit such as sitting like L, playing with your hair things like that and more.

Mine would be that I play with my hair or just touch it all the time. Look froward to hearing your habits.

I tend to run my right thumbnail slowly to and fro over my lower lip whilst deep in reading or when staring at a Television screen.

It is a weird one albeit it very subtle

I "break" my left wrist every 10 minutes or so. It's kinda like cracking your knuckles. I stopped once for about a year but fell back into it again. Now I've taken to cracking my shoulder joints too.

I'm gonna end up a cripple by 2020.

If anyone where to sit like L and have dark shades under the eyes it would be generally unhealthy.

Sitting like L is bad posture and the dark shades under eyes meaning No sleep.
So I wouldn't advise trying to be like L

My advise go see a chiropractor for posture and joints if your back or shoulders are out of alignment...which mind was after pulling my shoulder muscle, which is fine now.

As for cracking your knuckles is FINE since it has been proven that NO longterm effects your joins for doing it.

I don't sit like L I was using it as an example. I sit more like Near because it is easier and doesn't hurt your back.

i do this too, but not so much the actual fingernail just the skin and quickening around them, specially on my thumbs. real bad habit too cause i'll do it without releasing what im doing and end up mangling my thumbs.

other habits include cracking my neck, cracking my knuckles, cracking kneecaps and cracking my back. use to be able to crack my wrist that i broke when i was young but can't do that anymore.
probably more i could list but i won't.

Sometimes it gets rid of weird tension in there anyway

I can do that to both of my wrists but generally after a long period of time of playing video games or same task for a while that doesn't overly strain them.

Used to crack my back alot too, much to everyone else's disgust Razz
I still do but not as much

I have a tension point in my pelvis, which goes 'crunch' in much the same way as one might crack their knuckles. Freaks people out something awesome.

Sitting like L OR Near for long periods of time causes Bad posture which is why chiropractors advise against it.

I had developed a bit of a bad posture because of carrying heavy school bags to school which I cursed carrying but after I had left school I had to do Personal Gym training to correct it otherwise I would look like L.
My school had seriously bad seating for posture it was crazy.

So I know quiet a bit about posture of the spine so I advise against sitting like that for long periods seriously.

... yes, I've been known to do that on occasion, especially when I was a kid. Fart noises were the height of hilarity when I was a wee tacker.

The other thing I used to do was rotate my left around backwards and walk up the stairs at school. Teachers freaked out and student were just confused. It was awesome Very Happy

I'll only sit like that for about two hours a day but with breaks in between. Also I'm talking about how Near sits on chairs does that affect posture as well?

You know, everyone I know with a prosthesis has a party trick. The young lady that I was talking to on Wednesday night at NaNo drinks in Melbourne had a prosthetic right foot, and she was showing us how she changed its shoes and stuff. Razz

It will further down the track, years later you'll wonder why your back is so crappy.

If you aren't properly sitting at a chair how you are supposed to, you are affecting your posture and whatnot

I wished L would die the instant I saw him...

Anyway, back on topic, I tend to wash my hands more often than it is necessary.

I generally sit like a Buddha on just about any type of chair, even on the computer swivel chair. Come to think of it, I sometimes find myself sitting like that dipshit L.

Smoking - hahaha.

Running things (ie. edges of fabric, thin cables, rims of bottle lids etc) under my fingernails until I eventually break the skin (which I then immediately regret doing because then it stings for hours).
And grating my finger nails down the front of the metal parts on lighters (or using them to clean out the underside of my nails).

I also constantly adjust the bottom of my tshirts/shirts. Even if I only just did it 4 seconds ago.

Stop mimicing L it just sounds bad here plus your health is seriously become a concern.

I do wonder if L has High blood pressure and High Cholestrol with all the eating of junk foods and no exercise and bad posture...it's LIKE A DEATH SENTENCE.
You don't need to write his name in the death note he was DOOMED already. Laughing

Ah No it wasn't aimed at you Sakura it was more of a health warning so people can remain active healthy life style.
If living a life like L you doctors would probably be telling you, you have high blood pressure and need to exercise and have bad posture and suffer from insomnia.

But I am already repeating myself so I think I have said enough.

I can't remember that but I only have seen the show on ABC2 so I can't recall the comment.

Though I always wonder why Misa bodyguard/assistant refers to her name as Misa Misa...isn't that repeating her name twice.

You know, everyone I know with a prosthesis has a party trick. The young lady that I was talking to on Wednesday night at NaNo drinks in Melbourne had a prosthetic right foot, and she was showing us how she changed its shoes and stuff. Razz

lol, that's awesome Very Happy I remember at a series of parties back when I was fresh out of high school that my leg would come off at random times over the course of the evening. It weirded people out. One time one of my mates threw it up onto the Hills hoist clothes line in the back yard and spun it around for a while.

Very classy Wink
