Bought Architects latest album Daybreaker. Pretty good, I like the first six tracks a lot so far, the others need to grow on me a bit though.

Received these yesterday from secondspin :

Serenity - Fallen Sanctuary

Art of Dying - Vices & Virtues

The interesting thing about Art of Dying is that I came across it when their song Get Thru This was used on youtube with Break Blade - Rygart's Last Stand AMV.

The song is also on Transformers - Dark of the Moon movie.

My latest music purchase: Linkin Park - Living Things.

I had no idea they were releasing another album until I saw it on the shelf during an impromptu visit to JB with a couple of friends.

I am not as HUGE an AKB48 fan than what I seem to let people believe. But I got some cheap CDs Razz

These are not all extremely recent, but these are most of my music purchases of this year so far (On the way is also an AKB CD that wasn't shipped with the rest of them, and the two Yui "Garden Pop" best of CDs)

EVERYTHING HERE, LEFT TO RIGHT, TOP TO BOTTOM. (All AKB48 Type-x CDs are essentially normal editions and include DVDs, Theatre Editions are as far as I am aware; only available from AKB's Theatre in Akihabara.)
AKB48 - Kaze wa Fuiteiru [Type-B+DVD],
AKB48 - Eien Pressure [Theatre Edition],
Nogizaka46 - Seifuku no Mannequin [Regular Edition] (Interestingly the B-side/second track to this CD is the first Ending song to the anime MAGI that Madman is simulcasting),
Various Artists - Chaos;Head Vocal Collection (Has all related songs up to a certain point, also includes the anime OP and ED),
AKB48 - UZA [Type-A+DVD],
AKB48 - RIVER [Theatre Edition],
AKB48 - Ue kara Mariko [Theatre Edition],
supercell - Giniro Hikousen (It's the theme for a recent anime film, I forget the name, I think it's Nerawareta Gakuen or something. I just got it because I love supercell),
AKB48 - 1830m [Theatre Edition] (2-disc full studio album, fun fact: 1830m is the distance between AKB's theatre and Tokyo Dome, which was their major goal and the point of their album was that they finally reached that goal, losing their Centre along the way),
AKB48 DVD - Music Video Collection (The first one, it is basically all the MV's tied to their first album),
AKB48 DVD - Concert in Seibu Dome: Day 2,
EGOIST - Namae no Nai Kaibutsu (The first Ending song for Psycho-Pass, I love the song and I love EGOIST).

All the AKB CDs just recently arrived, Chaos;Head and AKB DVDs are a little less recent and the supercell/EGOIST CDs even less recent but I think this year still?
The supercell/EGOIST CDs are the only ones I paid full price for, I wouldn't likely pay full price for any of those AKB items, mainly due to price.

Sorry about the size of the pics, but I've shrunk them abit from the originals.

The pics is of my ltd ed Blind Guardian - A Travellers Guide to Space & Time boxset which is the size of an LP, but a good 3->5cm thick. There's only 8000 of these done.

The booklet cover is the same as the box cover.

Front Cover

Back Cover

Bottom Spine Artwork

Ltd Ed Numbered Artprint - You can see the number on the bottom. Also the opened booklet is in the pic.

Inside the box. Blind Guardian guitar pick is shown in the box.

Back of the booklet showing album covers.

Looks pretty awesome doesn't it. Wink Very Happy Very Happy

I bought this on iTunes a long time ago but I really enjoy the song so I want to have a copy on display (I also bought the first press poster separately because it looks nice too and this is my favourite Perfume song).

I was also (pretty much since 3 types were announced) very torn on which release of Takahashi Minami's Solo Debut single Jane Doe to get, I settled for Type B because while I liked all the songs that were exclusive to each type, Type B was my favourite cover.

I caved and bought a bundle (good price, cheaper than buying two of them seperately) of all 3 types. Takamina is my favourite member of AKB and pretty much the reason I still follow it Razz

I also plan on getting the Theatre edition for it's exclusive song but I won't get that one for a while.

I was able to get the Yuki Kajiura and Revo special edition "Dream Port" CD + DVD last year before it went out of print.

I can highly recommend the first two tracks on Nagi Yanagi's "Aqua Terrarium" single (title track lyrics by Chiaki Ishikawa, Nagi Yanagi also known for her vocals with Supercell).

I concur.
Aqua Terrarium is a fantastic single. Although I am incredibly biased- supercell is my favourite band, Nagi Yanagi is my favourite supercell vocalist, and I'm very fond of Nagi no Asukara so far which is the show Aqua Terrarium is tied in with.

But the moment I heard that song I went to order the single Razz

EDIT: Also last night I bought a copy of the U.S. reprint of the .hack//Liminality OST (that's one .hack Kajiura OST down)

I ended up buying 2 copies of the single, one with the DVD of the promotional video, and another with a poster, still waiting on the latter. Chiaki Ishikawa being the lyricist had already convinced me to get the single, then I saw Nagi Yanagi perform Aqua Terrarium live at Animax Musix 2013 day 2.

I bought .hack//EXTRA OST to get "Warp", and .hack//Link OST to get "Edge" (although it still might be possible to get a copy of the original CD single of "Edge").

(If you can read Japanese or use Google translate, you can find Nagi Yanagi's set list at http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/ANIMAX_MUSIX#ANIMAX_MUSIX_2013).

Yes I saw that a while back, I can't wait to be able to watch the 2013 Animax Musix (doesn't it get televised like around February each year or something weird and months later like that?)

Yes I saw that a while back, I can't wait to be able to watch the 2013 Animax Musix (doesn't it get televised like around February each year or something weird and months later like that?)

It is being broadcast in Japan on 19 January 2014.

Bought yesterday :

Disturbed - Ten Thousand Fists

Disturbed - Indestructible

Disturbed - Believe

That makes it all the Disturbed albums out except for the interviews one which I'm not interested in.

My order of the The iDOLM@STER ANIM@TION MASTER Boxset shipped from Mandarake today. It's pretty much just all (or almost all at least, lacks maybe one or two vocal pieces, Chihaya's arcadia comes to mind) the songs from the anime adaptation of im@s (the one without giant robots outside of a mock-up trailer Rolling Eyes)
Anyone who knows these releases can tell it's pre-owned as they weren't released together in the boxset already completed but I'm pleased to get my hands on it, as it's all of the Anim@tion Master collections outside of 01 and 04 (Opening Song singles 1 and 2) which I plan to get if I come across them for a competitive price (Also considering getting the Anim@tion Master "Special" boxset from there too, there are some really good songs on those CDs, just it's selling for a higher price and there is a lot less on the CDs that cater to me because half of each disc is audio drama whereas the other half is unreleased songs and covers of popular songs such as Chihaya/Asami Imai's cover of Angela's Shangri-La)
