Hey,
I ordered something on madman via bPay and paid right away, I looked at my "Padded Cell" and it says my order is "Awaiting Payment"

What is going on? Have I paid?

It takes a working day or two to go through, give it time.

As long as you got the BPay details and not the direct deposit details it should be as kbz said. You will get an email with BPay details if you were given the wrong ones though.

BPAY isnt instant like a credit card, like KBZ said, it takes a couple of days to process.

Seeing as this thread exists. I was wondering if while paying with BPay. is it possible to pay in chunks. Like if i had an order that costed $500. could i pay $100 one week and then $250 another week and then the last $150 the week after. or does it all need to be paid in one shot. (that is just an example i thought of)

I know with Telstra (and possibly other bill related payments) you can do that but as far as Madman goes, it would have to be in one shot. Easier for them.
