If you're seriously expecting Eva 3.0 to get a 'proper' theatrical run, prepare to be disappointed.

They did it for 2.0, I don't see why they can't do the same thing here.

I don't think they mean they want a "proper theatrical run", in fact I'm sure most people can work easily with the limited Reel Anime style Dendy release.
