Eden of the East is a decent pick, although its plot does tend to go a bit crap in places.
Otherwise hmm, maybe:

Eureka 7
Darker than Black
Ghost in the Shell: SAC
Xam'd

I have enjoyed. Though some of the characters in E7 can be a bit grating Wink

Gundam SEED

A lot of people hated on Destiny, I personally had no beef with it, but just putting it out there.

Gundam SEED is pretty good. GSD is only good once Kira returns as Shin is a &%$@#%$.

Eden of the East is also worth watching. I've recommended it several times to people.

X'amd is a lot of fun. The op and ed are also highlights.

Git-SAC is worth watching. People complain that 2nd Gig ain't as good, but I enjoyed. There's also Solid State Society which follows the second season.

Not a fan of Eureka7. Annoys me for the most part.

Yes I had brought the first two volumes of E7 and it annoyed me also, so I stopped buying
