Just wanted to let people know that DragonBall Z Movie 9 'Bojack Unbound' will be available in the US sometime during April. There is no exact release date yet or cover image but i expect those will be floating around soon.
Hopefully Madman have it in May's releases.

Maybe June would be a safer bet for Madman to release it.......

Dammit!
If the may releases are already determined then why arent they on the site?
And can you post back here when you find out when the release date is?

because the dealer guides aren't finished and ready for printing yet, therefore it's not in the best interest to put them up on the site when retailers can't even preorder them yet.

Hooray for Movie 9 and having not seen it yet! ^^; Is Vegeta in the movie? And what about Mirai Trunks, Goku and Gotenks?

Vegeta is in it, but as far as I can remember he doesn't do much. Future Trunks is in it too, but Goten and Kid Trunks, and thus Gotenks, aren't in it as they aren't born yet (this movie can actually fit into the storyline, it takes place pretty much straight after the Cell Games). Goku watches from the Other World and does a few things.

That'd be only the third movie i think that fits into the storyline properly. I like to think of the movies as a series in themselves. That way they make more sense when everything is screwed up.

I'm hoping Video Ezy gets them in for hire. They seem to get all DB, DBZ, GT stuff in, but sometimes they hiccup for some reason. For instance, they got every DBZ except for 3.23 and 3.24. And they've gotten every GT so far except for 9 and 10. I wonder...

Anyhoo, if Video Ezy don't have 'em I'll get them for my b'day.

Saga set one worked for me.
As for mystical adventure though:
Everybody: "Blah, Blah, Blah."
Goku: "Croak."

I guess Stephanie Nadolny was away that day.

Different voice cast for the DUB. I still have to see it.

I thought it was the worst dub goku ever!
All the other voice cast was normal though, it was just him. Does anyone know who did his voice for the movie?

It was the same person who does young Dende's voice. I can't remember her name at the moment though.

Hmmm... I was considering getting Mystical Adventure, but the 50 minute running time and lack of extras (???) didn't justify the $23 price tag. Oh well, hope I didn't miss much.

If your watching it for the dub it's not too hard to skip since the casting for it was really awkward and inconsistent with the rest of the Dragon Ball dub.

However if your watching it for the sub-titled version, you might wanna look into it still. It's in the top 3 of any of the DB/Z movies in my opinion, anyway.

I don't think it would have mattered. A short movie for something that's slightly pricey... that's how I see it. I would hire it out though... But I think maybe for me, despite a major DB/DBZ fanatic, having the eps would be enough. I dunno... I just don't have the urge to go out and see Mystical Adventure.

*time to check out DB glitch*

I know I'm being picky here, but Mystical Adventure doesn't have a number on it!

Path to Power was numbered 1 (when it should technically be 4) and Mystical Adventure isn't numbered at all (when it should be 3).

A bit pathetic to winge about it I know but I though I'd bring it to others attention anyway.....

Well, the next Dragonball Movie would be Movie 2. And that hasn't even been released in America yet. But if you're talking about DBZ, then Movie 9, last time I heard, was coming out in the US in May or June.

Hired Volume 13. Liked how the first episode was practically one huge Saiyan Saga flash-back.

I'll hire 14 next week. (Gogeta!! Finally!! He's like the only reason I've been watching)

14 so far. Volume 15 is released in August then they go back to the start for the first 15 or so episodes, so all up probably 20 or 21 volumes.

Those links just go to a 403 Forbidden message. Sad

And we all knew Funi would do something stupid like label the first volumes as the 'lost episodes', now we have the proof!!!!
